Manually Requesting an App Update (RW Devices)
If your Realwear headset doesn't seem to be automatically updating, and you have not unenrolled from auto update from Hippo, you can try the following steps to manually request an update.
Steps to request an update
- Navigate Home
- My Programs
- HVC XR
- Navigate Home
- My Programs
- Settings
- Apps and Notifications
- HVC XR
- Uninstall
- Ok
- Power down the headset fully by holding down the power button for 5 seconds. Then, power it back on.
- Wait approximately 10 minutes for the download to happen.
