Rapid Connect - Summoning a Mobile Device
Rapid Connect allows you to easily bring devices into a meeting, without requiring a user login. Mobile devices can be summoned using numerical Rapid Connect codes or Rapid Connect QR codes.
In order to summon a mobile device into a meeting, you will need a Rapid Connect code for the mobile device.
To generate a Rapid Connect code on mobile, first start at the login screen:
Enter your organization prefix.
Tip: Your organization prefix is the first part of your URL when you connect to the HVC Web portal. For example, if your URL for login is abc.my-hippo.io, your domain prefix would be "abc" and you would enter that here.
Tap "Rapid Connect"
Assuming Rapid Connect is enabled for your domain, you will see a Rapid Connect QR code and corresponding Rapid Connect numerical code. You can either scan the QR code with a headset (more info Rapid Connect - Scanning a QR code to summon) or share the numerical code with someone else and they can enter it in the web portal (more info Rapid Connect - Entering codes on Web)
