Changing App Configuration Settings
Please note that the Admin section is typically reserved for IT staff.
Once you have opened the Admin Portal (instructions here: Accessing the HVC Tenant Admin Portal), navigate to the App Configuration menu on the sidebar.
App Configuration Settings Explained
- Name This is the name that will be displayed on communications that users receive about HVC2. In this case, this is our HVC Demo tenant.
- Base URL This cannot be changed, this section displays the URL users should use to access HVC in your organization.
- Minutes before event This setting controls how many minutes you allow users to join before that event actually starts.
- QR Code duration This setting controls how long QR codes stay active on mobile devices.
- Auto Logout Time (web) This setting controls how long it takes for the web portal to log out from inactivity. (0 for no auto-logout)
- Auto Logout Time (headset) This setting controls how long it takes for the headset to log out from inactivity. (0 for no auto-logout)
- Auto Logout Time (mobile) This setting controls how long it takes for the mobile app to log out from inactivity. (0 for no auto-logout)
- Pin Expiration Time This setting controls how long it takes for a PIN to expire in your organization. (0 for no expiration)
- Lockout after incorrect PINs This setting controls how many PIN attempts a user can enter incorrectly before their PIN login is locked. After this, they can still log in on web to reset their PIN. (0 for no PIN lockout)
- PIN Complexity Settings These settings control various restrictions you can place on user PINs.
- Enable/Show Patient Name Field This setting controls whether users will see the option to add patient information before creating a meeting.
- Enable Screenshare This setting controls whether web users will be able to share their screen.
- Enable Attachments This setting controls whether users can attach files to meetings.
- Enable In Call Recording This setting controls whether users can record meetings.
- Enable In Call Photos This setting controls whether users can take photos in calls.
