Rapid Connect - Summoning a Headset
Rapid Connect allows you to easily bring devices into a meeting, without requiring a user login. Headsets are unique in that they have two possible roles for Rapid Connect - they can be summoned, and they can be the one summoning another device. In order to Rapid Connect summon a headset into a meeting, that headset will need to have been logged in to your domain at some point. To log in (only required once) please see Signing into HVC. Once you have signed in, sign out. Proceed when you see the screen below:
You will need a partner to enter your Rapid Connect Code. Rapid Connect numerical codes can be entered on Web. For more info, see Rapid Connect - Entering codes on Web
Say "Rapid Connect"
You will now see a Rapid Connect numerical code on your screen. Share this with your partner identified in step 2.
Once they have entered the code, the headset will be summoned into the meeting. You can now proceed with your meeting.
Once the meeting ends, you will be moved back to the screen in step 1.
