How to join a scheduled event on a Headset
To join a scheduled call on the headset, first ensure you are logged in. If you see the homescreen (pictured below) you are logged in. In this example, Alex Gallawa is logged in, as indicated by the text at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. If you need help logging in, please see Signing into HVC
Say "Events" to navigate to the events menu.
Say "Join" followed by the name of the event you wish to join. In the image below, the user would say "Join MRI Appointment"
You will now be presented with the "Pre-call Settings" Screen. This screen allows you to configure which camera/microphone settings you would like to use when entering the call. In most cases, the headset should have it's video on. To do this, simply say "Video On".
Say "Start Call"
