Editing Users

Please note that the Admin section is typically reserved for IT staff.

Once you have opened the Admin Portal (instructions here: Accessing the HVC Tenant Admin Portal), navigate to the Users menu on the sidebar.

Immediately you will see a list of all HVC users that have registered/been registered in your organization. Click on a user to see their information, and perform some editing tasks.

Upon clicking on a User, their Info sheet will be brought up.

There are two options at the top, click on Security.

This window displays that user's Security settings. You have the option to reset their password, lock their account, set their role, and view all permissions that they have been granted based on their role.

Please note the "Is Admin" flag, which is explained in the Adding and Editing User Roles article.
